For over 20 years, I served at a Christian school as a substitute teacher, prayer mentor, and Moms in Prayer leader. Before that I taught Early Childhood special education for 9 years. Along the way, I met women who loved God but weren’t sure how to pray effectively. Some felt inadequate. Others felt like their prayers weren’t making a difference. I’ve been there too.

My journey with prayer has been shaped through teaching and parenting struggles, and a holy hunger to see the next generation rooted and established in faith. What I’ve learned is this: Prayer is not a last resort - it is our most powerful weapon. It is a key foundation to an ongoing, full, and abundant relationship with God.
